Mr. Obrey Makatu is a Director and Founder of OBRELIZA(PTY)LT, has been in Business Improvement with more than 20 years of experience in Petrochemical and Mining industries. Mr. Makatu obtained ND Ind. Eng. from UNISA which helps to develop technical skills and competency to contribute to the economy and national development.

Industrial engineering involves analysing and designing systems that include people, equipment, and materials. Industrial engineers collect information and evaluate alternatives to make decisions that advance the goals of the enterprise and ND Small Business Management obtained from SAIM. He is a business industrialist focusing on identifying business constraints and coming with best solutions.

Mr. Makatu is a certified White, Yellow, Green and Black Belts from MF Treinamento/MF-OPEX which is governed by ASQ and The council of Lean Six Sigma Certification. His key competencies are data analyses, strategy development, implementation agent, monitoring and evaluation.
